Jumpstart your business with our Business Bootstrapping Concierge Package! This 24-week program is designed to take care of all the foundational aspects of your business so you can focus on what you do best—creating your products or services. And don’t worry, you’ll receive guidance for that too.

Duration: 24 weeks

1-on-1 Coaching: 40 hours (including introductions to contractors)

Stage One: Pre-Launch Business Setup (Months 1-3)

We’ll work through YBB’s 10 steps to starting your business, covering everything from setting up your business structure and legal requirements to establishing financial systems and marketing strategies. We'll aim for a launch around the 2-3 month mark, but could take longer depending on the specific business, providing hands-on coaching through the entire launch process.

• 1-on-1 Coaching: Personalized sessions to address specific business needs and challenges, goal setting, and progress tracking.
• Additional Support: VA support to create SOPs and help with administrative tasks, CRM setup, website development, implementation of bookkeeping services and setting up social media accounts, scheduling & creating content, strategizing marketing and lead generation.
• Comprehensive Resources: Complete business plan, custom GTM strategy including email and content marketing (blogs, newsletters, marketing emails), project management, and all guides and resources.

Stage Two: Launch (Month 4) We handle all the logistics and details, ensuring everything runs smoothly while you concentrate on your core offerings, and coach you through the initial launch of your new business.

• Additional Support: Strategic set up of initial launch of business products or services.

Stage Three: Post-Launch Implementation (Months 5-6) In the months following the launch of your business, we'll provide ongoing coaching to help you refine and pivot your strategy based on real-world feedback. This period is crucial for setting the trajectory of your business, and our expert guidance ensures you make the most of every opportunity.

• Ongoing Coaching: Continued support to refine your strategy, adapt to market feedback, and pivot as necessary.
• Implementation Support: Assistance with executing your business plan and marketing strategies, ensuring you stay on track.
• Additional Support: VA support to help with administrative tasks, CRM management, bookkeeping services and managing social media accounts, project management, scheduling & creating content, analyzing & adjusting marketing and lead generation.
